THE DOORS & WINDOWS

Here are some photos of the doors being made and Israel, the young who is making them. He is also the one making the windows. As you can see, everything is made by hand. Israel lives right across the street from us so I can watch the progress.......or lack of progress..... He is a very nice young man with a big heart. he found some student chairs on some of his other jobs and bought them and is fixing them up for our kids in La Isla. He also, gave us a generous offering of notebooks and pencils. But the work is slow. Please pray for these doors and windows to be installed as soon as possible. We have no way to secure our classroom and we have had more things stolen recently. Marcos the main worker on the school construction, left some tools and some supplies at the school, and they were stolen. No doors or windows also means we still have to carry all the books, etc for the classes to the school and back again. And, remember all the school furnishings we were promised.... we couldn't pick them up because we did not have the doors and windows in, meaning we had no way to secure the things. Well, since we didn't pick them up, they were given to another Church. The other photo here is of Israel working on the student desks.
