DENTAL CLINIC

Our school was transformed into a Medical Clinic. Although things didn't go exactly how we planned, the day was successful. We had arranged for Dental Clinic, Vision Clinic and Medical Clinic. First of all, I misunderstood about the Vision Clinic. I thought the doctor was donating his time and only charging 10 Quetzales for a pair of glasses. But Wednesday night I found out he would be charging 10 Quetzales for each patient and charging about 110 to 365 Quetzales for the glasses. I apologized and told them I just did not have the money for that, so I cancelled the Vision Clinic. Then Saturday morning the Dentist drives up with the Vision doctor and no Medical Doctor. The Medical doctor could not make it. The Vision doctor, after it was explained to him that I was paying for everything and could not afford his charges, decided to come anyway to see the work we were doing. He did so and decided to see all the patients for free. We arranged for him to give me all the information for all those who need glasses. I know the Lord will provide and when He does, I will purchase as many glasses as I can. I am believing for all the students that need glasses will receive them. IN JESUS NAME!
The photo above and below is of the "Dental Clinic" , this is the area where we normally have the 2-4 years old class. We used the plastic tubs we use to store the school supplies for the dentist's table. He brought his own dental chair.
